Theory Solutions is a cross-industry service-matching platform owned and operated by ENVIOUSTHEORY STUDIOS LLC. We provide a proprietary technology interface designed to connect consumers with independent, third-party professional service providers across various industrial, commercial, and residential categories.

Privacy Commitment: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Independent Contractor Relationship

4. Consumer Responsibility & Verification

Legal Notice: ENVIOUSTHEORY STUDIOS LLC does not independently verify the licensure, bonding, insurance, or regulatory standing of the providers within our network. Because requirements vary by industry (including but not limited to Construction, Automotive, and Event Services), **it is the sole responsibility of the Consumer** to verify that a provider meets all local and state legal requirements before booking or making payment.
